Gulf Air contact centre goes 24/7
Manama, July 4, 2010
Bahrain national carrier Gulf Air said its Worldwide Contact Centre's service will be available round-the-clock. The move comes as part of its efforts to expand and provide enhanced customer service.
Customers can now reach the contact centre anytime, day and night, throughout the year to book their tickets, redeem miles, check flight status, or make other travel related queries by calling the local number 17335777 in Bahrain, or any of the local numbers available in 10 countries around the world, said the airline in a statement.
“This is just one more step to getting closer to our customers” says Gulf Air director of sales and distribution, Lars Denlew.
“At Gulf Air’s Worldwide Contact Centre our trained and knowledgeable staff are dedicated to make the whole process of travel a seamless experience and, should problems arise, they are just a telephone call away to solve them. Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy by delivering what they want, when they want it.”
