This unique tour will depart Muscat on October 14, returning on October 18 and is available with Economy Class flights for RO475 ($1,233.8) per person, or with Business Class flights for RO1,030 per person. Prices quoted are based on two people sharing and include all airport taxes. Rates for sole travellers and for extra nights’ stay in London are also available.

Oman Air’s chief commercial officer, Abdulrazaq Al Raisi, announced the package saying: “This is a unique opportunity to personally meet Oman Air Racing team’s Ahmad al Harthy and other racing stars at one of the most exciting motor racing championships in the world and to get exclusive, behind-the-scenes access at the legendary Silverstone circuit.

“In addition you will stay at a world-class hotel on the banks of the River Thames and enjoy flights in Oman Air’s luxurious A330 aircraft. This is truly a package not to be missed.”

For more than 60 years, the Silverstone circuit has been one of the world’s leading motorsport venues and this year it is the chosen venue for the finale of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB Championship. In his second year of racing in the Championship, Oman Air Racing Team’s Ahmad Al Harthy has achieved numerous podium positions, including a stunning victory at the Donington circuit in May.

As lead sponsor, Oman Air is supporting Ahmad’s bid for the championship title as part of its commitment to assisting young people, particularly those from Oman, to achieve their full potential and gain international recognition, the airline said. - TradeArabia News Service
