Hyatt Abu Dhabi opens new spa
Abu Dhabi, March 20, 2012
Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi has opened a ‘sky spa’ on the 19th floor, which offers panoramic views as well as luxurious amenities.
“The spa is influenced by the beauty of the natural elements of Arabia, and is based on a wellness philosophy that provides result-oriented treatments,” said Rayana Spa manager, Melissa O’Neill.
“It is an oasis in the sky, contemporary in style, inspired by natural elements, and completely guest-centric.”
“Rayana is a unique concept in the city – it affords spa visitors an immediate escape, while also drawing on the many elements of our desert surroundings, from rough-finished, neutral-coloured stone walls to soft, grainy wood of light grey tones. There are even desert gardens in the guest-centric treatment rooms. Rayana Rituals and treatments are inspired by local elements, designed to infuse power, beauty, and energy,” O’Neill added.
Rayana offers soothing massage therapies with nourishing oil scrubs, bathing rituals, facials and beauty treatments. It features four treatment suites and a couples’ suite.
Even the amenities by June Jacobs are of a luxurious standard. Jacobs, a world-renowned spa visionary with over 30 years of experience in the industry, has changed the landscape within the spa market through the creation of her collection.
Each treatment room has a hydrobath as a central feature, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide an uninhibited view of Abu Dhabi and the environmental element of natural light. – TradeArabia News Service
