Turkish restaurant unveils Iftar menu

Anatolian Turkish restaurant, Köşebaşı, located at the Bahrain City Centre has announced its Iftar set menu which offers the best selection of Turkish cuisine.
The restaurant will play host during the month of Ramadan to a delicious spread of food, perfect for those wanting to break their fast and who are keen to experience authentic food, a statement from Köşebaşı said.
To ensure a truly exquisite dining experience, the restaurant uses original recipes and food that is freshly prepared at the premises, the statement said.
Guests will be served a selection of cold and hot appetizers. Bread is baked freshly in the wood oven and is served complimentary. The Iftar menu will include an array of appetizers like Abagannuş, Zeytinyağli Fasulye, Içli Köfte with yogurt, with Lahmacun and the signature Toros salad.
The restaurant has an open charcoal grill which is incorporated into the kitchen and marks the centerpiece of any Köşebaşı. From it, diners will get to taste the very best of Köşebaşı’s meat dishes.
For dessert, Kϋnefe and Arap Tatlısı will be served at the end of the meal. Guests can also savour their favourite tea or coffee, Jallab, Kamar Eddine or Ayran, all included in the set menu price.
The Iftar set menu costs BD12.900 per person and BD6.300 for children under 10 years. – TradeArabia News Service
