Malaysian Day marked

The Consulate General of Malaysia in Dubai, Tourism Malaysia and Malaysia Airlines recently celebrated the 56th Malaysia International Day in Dubai recently.

Hari Merdeka (Independence Day) is a national day of Malaysia commemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya.

The evening also marked the successful re-launch of Malaysian Airlines Dubai – Kuala Lumpur route.

A two-class configured Boeing 777-200 aircraft will be operated on this route and it will offer a total capacity of 282 seats in each flight, equivalent to 3,948 seats weekly. The flights are operated daily between Dubai – Kuala Lumpur with an initial frequency of one flight per day.

The flight will depart Dubai at 8.15 pm and arriving at 7.30 am in Kuala Lumpur.
