Monte-Carlo club appoints new executive chef

Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat has appointed chef Gavin Gleeson as the club’s new executive chef.
In his new role chef Gleeson will oversee the club’s fine dining restaurant, Le Deck, besides the Sea Lounge and Bubbles Bar, said a statement.
Le Deck now offers a brand new winter season business lunch menu, featuring dishes such as chicken parfait with onion marmalade and toasted brioche, saffron risotto or back to classic Italian dish Tagliatelle Ragu alla Bolognese.
Bill Loveday, general manager at the club, said: “Having worked at a number of Michelin starred restaurants across the world, Gavin’s wealth of experience is set to really enhance the club’s current offering.” - TradeArabia News Service
