HMH to operate new Al Barsha hotel

Dubai, January 27, 2014

Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH), a Dubai-based hospitality chain, has signed a new management contract to operate Corp Al Khoory Hotel in Al Barsha.

The 228 keys hotel is owned by Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons, who have a long association with HMH, said a statement.

Laurent A Voivenel, CEO, HMH, said: “We are thrilled to have an opportunity to operate another fantastic hotel in Dubai for Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons. We are delighted to build on our strong relationship with the Al Khoory family for whom we already manage two superb properties namely Coral Al Khoory Hotel Apartments – Dubai and Corp Executive Al Khoory Hotel – Al Wasl.”

Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory, chairman, said: “We are delighted to appoint HMH to manage Corp Al Khoory Hotel in Al Barsha – Dubai under its Corp brand. It is a very significant project for us. We believe the strength of HMH’s experience and network, and the depth of its operational expertise will bring great value to the new hotel and in providing guests with consistent and unique hospitality experience.”

The hotel, which is scheduled to open in first quarter of 2016, will offer multiple F&B outlets, including an international all-day-dining restaurant and a lobby lounge. It will also house a conference hall as well as a spa and swimming pool.

Laurent said, “The hotel enjoys a prime location and is being designed to provide customers a value proposition they have come to expect from the Corp brand.
