Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Gulf Air which entitles KHCB's credit card holders to discounts on online ticket purchases.

In line with the agreement, all KHCB credit card holders will receive 15 per cent and 10 per cent discounts on Gulf Air business class and economy class tickets respectively, purchased through the Gulf Air website.

The deal was signed at the Gulf Air headquarters in Manama between KHCB deputy general manager for commercial banking Fuad Taqi and Gulf Air acting chief commercial officer Ahmed Janahi.

KHCB consumer finance head A Rahman Al Sowaidi, VIP banking, marketing and product development head Abdul Nasser Al Rayes, Gulf Air marketing specialist Ali Al Jufairi, marketing manager Talal Al Mahmood and acting senior marketing manager Ali Hajeeh were present.

"The offer also complements the Gulf Air Frequent Flyer offering where KHCB credit card holders receive Gulf Air miles corresponding to credit card transaction amounts at any location in Bahrain or abroad," stated Taqi.

Janahi said the partnership was yet another significant step forward for both Gulf Air and KHCB.-TradeArabia News Service
