Sheraton Amman appoints new executive chef

Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel has appointed Darrin Lee Parrish as its new executive chef, who brings over 20 years of experience of working in some of the world’s top hotels with him to Amman.

Parrish hails from Great Britain and has worked at renowned hotels in France, Australia, Korea, Guam, England and Ireland. He was the opening chef for the Westin Hotel in Ireland.

He is taking over the reins at Sheraton Amman’s kitchens to add his wealth of experience, aiming to build a strong team focusing on achieving a consistently high standard of delivery, adding to the menu variety from his culinary experiences around the world. He will also look at more creative dishes to attract new customers to the Spice Garden and EVOO Restaurants and to the already popular Banqueting & Events facilities.

Parrish, is excited to be in Amman and is looking forward to growing the team at the Sheraton to be the best that they can be.
