New Ramadan timings for Gulf Air's Madinah flights

Manama, June 2, 2014

Gulf Air has announced its Ramadan schedule between Bahrain and Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

It was launched yesterday and means Muslim travellers can break their fast either after landing in Madinah or during the two-hour flight, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

"With our modified flight schedule we aim to respect the religious and cultural customs of our fasting travellers," said acting senior manager of Gulf Air GCC and Middle East sales Ahmed Al Matrook.

The new flight schedule is effective until July 24 and sees flights leave Bahrain on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3.40pm, returning at 6.30pm.

This is in addition to flights from Bahrain on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.15am, returning at 1.05pm. - TradeArabia News Service
