Hilton Worldwide has announced the signing of a management agreement with prominent Saudi business group Saud Abdulaziz Alalloush Real Estate, to introduce its first hotel to the city of Unaizah in the central province of Al Qassim.  
 
The 125-key DoubleTree by Hilton Unaizah will be ideally located south of Al Qassim’s second largest city on a highly visible site and offer excellent accessibility to the city’s main districts and to the nearby Prince Nayef Bin Abdulaziz Regional Airport.

Already under construction, DoubleTree by Hilton Unaizah, Al Qassim, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is expected to open mid-2016.  

John Greenleaf, the global head, DoubleTree by Hilton said: "Once again, DoubleTree by Hilton takes an important step into new territory with a premium property aimed at meeting the growing demand for quality accommodation in the growing city of Unaizah."

With a focus on quality, comfort and style, Double Tree by Hilton Unaizah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia will feature a variety of attractive accommodation including 112 deluxe rooms and suites in the main hotel building and surrounded by a selection of two and three-bedroom villas.

 Amenities will include a 400-capacity multi-purpose function room, an all-day dining facility and lobby lounge together with a range of recreation facilities from an on-site club house with three swimming pools and fitness centre to a dedicated children’s area. Guests can also escape and explore the extensive landscaped gardens designed as an additional urban oasis premium feature of the hotel, he added.

The city is a main producer and provider of a variety of food products including dates, a traditional symbol of the Middle East and Unaizah’s most famous export.
