Jeddah, June 30, 2014
Flynas, Saudi Arabia’s national carrier, will operate two direct flights a week between Riyadh and London Gatwick starting from July 27 to coincide with the Eid holidays.
Travelers will be able to fly to London with prices starting at SR999 ($261.5) for a one way ticket and SR1,999 for a roundtrip.

During the first week of Eid Al Fitr flynas is operating two direct flights each week between Jeddah and London.
Wael Al Sarhan, director of Marketing and Communication at flynas, said: “Launching the new London Gatwick destination comes at a time when travel to the UK is at its peak, especially during the Eid break, and we want flynas guests to avail this route at very competitive prices to allow them to enjoy London.”
“We also invite flynas guests to enjoy flying to other attractive international destinations during the summer break since we have recently increased the number of countries where we operate as part of our new global flights programme.”
As part of its global flight programme, flynas is already operating direct flights from Jeddah to London and the city of Manchester in the north of the UK, which are the airline’s first two destinations in Europe.
Flynas has also made major enhancements to its service offering including a Business Class cabin and the recently launched Business Plus. Other upgrades include allowing passengers more flexibility when booking flights or changing reservations; free check-in baggage increased to 20 kg; and free access to executive lounges at airports.
Enhanced in-flight services include hot and cold beverages, hot meals which can be ordered in advance; and smart entertainment in line with the expectations of travelers. – TradeArabia News Service
