Al Tayyar launches multilingual communication center

Saudi-based Al Tayyar Travel Group has launched a global technical communication center to answer travel enquiries from customers across the world.
Established in 1980, Al Tayyar is accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and ranked as one of the top 25 companies in the Mena region.
The center is a part of a number of innovative technological services launched recently by the group to provide the best possible customer experience 24/7. It comprises a 300-strong team trained in providing top quality, efficient services to valued customers world-wide.
The communication center features the latest cutting-edge technologies, which take ease and efficiency to a new level, helping customers to reserve flight tickets, register their information and much more.
Commenting on the launch, Dr. Nasser Bin Aqeel Al Tayyar, the vice-chairman and managing director of the group, said: "This advanced communication center operates around the clock in multiple languages in addition to Arabic.
