Regus to open business centres in Copenhagen airport

Copenhagen, August 28, 2014

Regus, a global workplace provider, will open a drop-in business centre at Copenhagen Airport.

Apart from helping business travellers meet and work, this will also enable arriving long-haul passengers to shower and grab breakfast before heading to meetings, a statement said.

The Regus Express Hub will be located at pre-security areas in the arrivals and departures halls, maximising access for travellers. Facilities will include open-plan and private work areas, meeting spaces, office support, showers and refreshments. Time spent at the airport will become more productive, it said.

In a second phase, Regus will add Meetingpods and Workpods at airside locations. These private workspaces will allow people to meet or deal with admin until the time they board their flight.

Phil Kemp, global managing director of Regus Third Space, said: “Regus understands the needs of business people because we work with them in over 100 countries. They’re increasingly working on the move, so we are creating better ways and places for them to do this – including opening Regus Express facilities at airports and rail stations.”

Copenhagen Airport is a strong business destination as the gateway of Northern Europe with more than 24 million passengers passing through the airport a year, said Thomas Woldbye, CEO Copenhagen Airport. – TradeArabia News Service
