Rosewood Corniche...offering new dining experiences

Rosewood Corniche introduces new market-style dining

JEDDAH, October 20, 2014

Rosewood Corniche, a luxury hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has introduced The Saturday Market – a new mid-day dining concept at its international restaurant, Habsburg.

The new cooking concept allows hotel guests and visitors to select fresh foods from a variety of market stations and watch the team of chefs prepare their food at live cooking stations.

The Habsburg team of chefs combines cooking styles from throughout Europe, the Middle East and Far East, offering guests a true array of international customs and experience.

“We wanted to create a new and unique Saturday lunch experience for our guests and this is a way we can mark the new Friday to Saturday weekend in Saudi Arabia. Food plays a vital role in a great, memorable weekend and this new concept is sure to be buzzing with atmosphere as the kitchens come alive,” said Hans-Peter Leitzke, managing director at Rosewood Corniche.

The Saturday Market is open Saturday from 12 noon to 4 pm and costs SR180 ($48) per person. – TradeArabia News Service
