Kenza... more sophisticated look

Ramada Downtown Dubai restaurant gets makeover

DUBAI, October 30, 2014

Ramada Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel in the UAE emirate, has officially opened its revamped all-day dining venue, Kenza Restaurant.

Formerly known as Orchid, the newly-opened Kenza Restaurant now features modern interiors in shades of red and white, complemented by stylish wood finish and Arabic ornaments, giving it a more sophisticated and inviting ambiance.

Kenza, which means treasure in Arabic, offers a selection of international cuisine including soups and salads, burgers and sandwiches, pasta, main course, and desserts, with a Middle Eastern twist. Some of its specialties include Oriental Mezzeh, Arabic Mixed Grill, and House Special Pizza. Located at the hotel’s second floor, Kenza can accommodate up to 60 guests indoors, plus 60 seats for al fresco dining with a view of the Burj Khalifa. It serves buffet breakfast for in-house guests and a la carte lunch and dinner.

Samir Arora, general manager, Ramada Downtown Dubai, said: “We would like to welcome everyone to Kenza Restaurant, with not only a new look and feel, but also an improved menu for the most discerning palate. Most of the guests of the hotel are from the GCC region, so we thought of offering them with multi-mix cuisine with Arabic flavours. Downtown Dubai is such a vibrant place – with all the restaurants, shops and attractions – and we want to be part of this exciting gastronomic hub by offering well-loved dishes prepared by our professional chefs and complemented by excellent service.” – TradeArabia News Service
