Located on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the new property will feature 259 rooms and modern recreational facilities including a spa for men and women, gym, and swimming pool. It also plans to offer wellbeing treatments, plus fitness and nutrition programmes by teaming up with a renowned wellness centre. Other features of the hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant and poolside bar, and a sauna and steam bath. The property will also have an array of amenities and activities exclusively for children including a fully-supervised indoor and outdoor play area, and special kids’ entertainment.

Sumair Tariq, managing director for R Hotels, said: “The group furthers its presence in the UAE hospitality scene as we continue to expand our portfolio. We have exciting projects in the pipeline with two new hotel openings within the next two years, which confirms the strong demands in the market. We take pride in our sharia-compliant properties in the UAE and we aim to make a mark in the hospitality industry by capitalising on strategic locations, particularly in Dubai. Our present and upcoming properties are aimed at diverse markets and segments, and we are positive that our new property will be a welcome addition to The Palm.” – TradeArabia News Service
