Oman Air receives top recognition

MUSCAT, December 24, 2014

Oman Air, the country’s national carrier, recently attracted high praise for its customer service and business leadership at the ceremony held at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, UAE.

On November 13, the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) presented the Mena Customer Delight Award to Oman Air for its “Exceptional and Fantastic Customer Service and Customer Experience”.

The national carrier of Oman was also presented with a Certificate of Excellence by the American Liberty University in recognition of the airline’s “Outstanding Business Leadership and Exceptional Service to Society.”

Oman Air’s chief executive officer, Paul Gregorowitsch, said: “On behalf of everyone at Oman Air, we are delighted to receive these awards. As we expand our fleet and network, we are introducing new aircraft, new interiors, new seats and new technology. At a time when Oman Air is reshaping its future, introducing a huge range of new products and services and flying to more destinations than ever before, strategic planning and leadership has never been more important.
