Morcellet..new role at The St. Regis Doha

The St. Regis Doha welcomes new executive chef

DOHA, September 29, 2015

The St. Regis Doha, a luxurious hotel in the Qatari capital, has welcomed Jean-Luc Morcellet as its new executive chef.

Hailing from France, Morcellet brings more than 20 years of international experience to his role, having worked in hotel chains in France, UAE, UK, US and Zimbabwe. He also once catered to the late South African President, Nelson Mandela.

In his new role at The St. Regis Doha, Morcellet will oversee all culinary aspects of the hotel's food and beverage division, which include: Astor Grill, Jazz at Lincoln Centre, Oyster Bay, Sarab Lounge, Al Sultan Brahim, Vine, banquets and external outside catering.

Morcellet will also be supporting the chefs at Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean and Opal by Gordon Ramsay. – TradeArabia News Service
