BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana welcomes new GM

DUBAI, November 5, 2015

BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana, a luxury hotel in the emirate of Dubai, has appointed Ulrike Andorff as its new general manager.

With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Andorff is an expert in the field having managed and been involved in many divisions and departments during her career progression. She has also worked across a number of continents, including London, China, Vietnam, Guam, Mauritius and the UAE.

In her new role, Andorff will focus on building BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana as a luxury apartment hotel. “My aim is to continue to enhance our guest service experience, increase the engagement level of our colleagues and, at the same time, drive revenue in order to not only meet but even exceed the expectations of the owning and management company,” she said. 

Andorff will add her extensive knowledge and expertise to the overall operations of the all-suite BurJuman Arjaan, which is connected to the prestigious BurJuman mall and Business Tower, and consists of 148 suites, three townhouses and one penthouse. The hotel also has an all-day dining restaurant, conference and meeting facilities as well as leisure facilities including a gym and outdoor child-friendly swimming pool. – TradeArabia News Service
