Swiss International Hotels plans Saudi Arabia debut

Leading hospitality group Swiss International Hotels has unveiled plans to debut in Saudi Arabia with two new hotels.

The chain will be entering the market with the 60-room Swiss International Park hotel in Baljurashi (Al Baha region) and the 46-room Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites – Turaif.

Swiss International’s partner in the Middle East, HDG from Dammam, will operate the hotels. Both the hotels will have a Swiss Café- Restaurant & Lounge, a Grill Room, a Moods Shisha Lounge, Eventives for Meetings & Events, an Inspirations Gym & Pool and for the frequent travellers the Swiss Select Lounge

Naji AlShiha, the CEO for Swiss International Middle East & HDG, said: “We are very pleased to be able to formally introduce both Swiss International – and the Swiss Spirit brands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It’s quite exciting also for us to have these new hotels under our Swiss International wings. The locations Baljurashi in the Al Baha region and Turaif in the Northern Borders province have been requesting good international hotels for years. Now with Swiss International we are able to offer top international hospitality in these markets.”

Swiss International plans to become a leading brand in the Middle East. For this reason Swiss International recently moved its Service center to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
