Oryx Rotana Doha welcomes new F&B director

DOHA, November 16, 2015

Oryx Rotana, a five star luxury business hotel in Doha, Qatar, has named Delphine Maillard as its new director of food and beverage (F&B).

Bringing 22 years of experience in the hotel industry, Maillard will be responsible for managing and aiming to achieve the company goal and also secure the quality of all F&B operations in Oryx Rotana.

She obtained her degree in Hospitality Management from Lycée Alexandre Dumas School in France and went to train in different hotels in France at a young age of 17. From working in five-star hotels in UK, Maldives, UAE, Qatar and Scotland, to working in Michelin-awarded restaurants, Maillard’s journey in the hospitality field has seen her accomplish one hotel refurbishment and manage two hotel openings.

“I’m happy to be back in Qatar,” said Delphine. “I look forward to our plans in refurbishments of the Oryx Rotana Hotel and to further enhance their already exceptional guests’ experience”.
