Mikado's new iftar menu promises to be easy on the stomach
and also celebratory.

Mikado Café to launch new iftar menu for Ramadan

ABU DHABI, June 5, 2016

Mikado Café, a traditional Japanese dining outlet in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is out with its delectable iftar menu for this year’s Ramadan celebrations.

Put together with thoughtful regard to the quintessence of the festivities, and with a blend of global sensibilities, the Iftar Meal is replete with delightful dishes at only Dh195($53) for two.

The meal begins with three kinds of Edamame, YasiaGyosa, a Sushi platter comprising 28 pieces that include Salmon Hossomaki, Nigaris, Ebi Tempura uramaki and Vegetarian Rolls. The main course brings a choice of two from WagyuHambagao, Chicken Teriyaki and Tempura Moriawase. Alongside this, is the Shitake Chahan staple, delicious desserts and drinks and a fruit platter.

Chef Nakazato, the brain behind the iftar menu, expressed his happiness at being able to put together this culinary extravaganza. He said: “The dishes for Ramadan are undoubtedly expected to be easy on the stomach and also celebratory. After fasting, the stomach needs to have food that is easy to digest and tasty all the same. The dishes have been put together in the menu with careful consideration for tasteand comfort. We hope all our patrons will enjoy celebrating Ramadan with us.”

During Ramadan season, Mikado Café will be opened from iftar till midnight for dine-in, and from 12 noon till 11pm for deliveries. - TradeArabia News Service
