Mercury Lounge Re-Opens For Chic Rooftop Dining

Dubai’s most idyllic and glamorous rooftop bar has re-opened with a vibe reminiscent of a lounge on the shores of the Mediterranean and a new food concept that celebrates the arrival of the much-awaited season to see and be seen. A change in soft furnishings presents a slick, sophisticated rooftop venue with discrete corners perfect for romantic dinners while the larger spacious area is ideal for group entertaining.

The renewed culinary selection seamlessly blends influences from across the Mediterranean Sea offering a vast selection of antipasti, sharable dishes and light entrées. Reflecting an array of innovative variations on traditional dishes from Spain, Italy and Lebanon, the new menu features signature items such as Kibbeh foie gras, rosemary and raspberry jam, Half metre octopus carpaccio, fennel and radish, Sicilian mazara red prawns with hazelnut, and Ricotta, blueberry mini beignet and salted caramel, as well as delectable classics including Burrata with heirloom tomato, Yellow fin tuna tartare and Braised beef raviolis with crispy artichoke; and Mini Beignet and Chocolate Pearls for a sweet ending.

The five majlis spaces have been retained along with the stunning dining space, Sky Fall, the most sought-after private dining venue in Dubai offering spectacular views of the city skyline, the Palm and the Arabian Gulf.

The lounge serves its full menu from 6:00 pm until 11:30 pm daily and its ‘late bites’ menu from 11:30 pm until 1:00 am.

New Evening ‘Blues Brunch’ Experience at Firebird Diner by Michael Mina

Featuring live music, cleverly crafted cocktails and classic American cuisine, the new ‘Blues Brunch’ at the timeless American eatery, Firebird Diner by Michael Mina, welcomes Dubai’s most stylish evening crowd to enjoy sharing platters and firm favourites, including Kansas City Lamb Ribs with homemade bread, butter pickles and apple slaw, New Orleans Style Jambalaya including wild caught prawns, chicken andouille sausage and lobster sofrito and Strawberry Shortcake and S’mores Tarte for desserts.
