Ramadan is 'helping drive demand for hospitality market'

DOHA, May 31, 2017

A leading Arab investor and contractor has called for more investments in hospitality market in the Gulf countries, especially during Ramadan as "hotel offers, excellent services and Iftars help increase occupancy levels".

In a statement commenting on the Gulf's hospitality market during Ramadan, Moataz Al-Khayyat, CEO of UrbaCon, said: "The hospitality market is witnessing an increase according to the recent reports and surveys and this good outcome is really encouraging to call for business investments in building more hotels in the region."

"Also, the reasonable prices and good services from travel market in Ramadan is helping drive demand for the hospitality market," said Al Khayyat.

UrbaCon Trading & Contracting has been involved in several huge projects over the last few years and has become one of the most respected building contractors in Gulf. UrbaCon is one of several companies owned by Al-Khayat. These companies include general contracting, commercial and residential developments, building materials, various trading companies, hospitals and restaurants with operations in the Middle East. - TradeArabia news Service
