Elite Hospitality Group online review scores up 878pc

Elite Hospitality Group has managed to increase the number of Google reviews by an impressive 878 per cent, from only 51 reviews in 2014 to 499 in 2016, recent data showed.

Knowing how crucial it is for hotels to bring guest feedback into its daily operations, Elite Hospitality
decided to sign up for TrustYou Stars as a way to get more direct feedback and create better visibility
within search rankings.

According to figures released by TrustYou, the world’s largest guest feedback platform, the group was able to:

● improve the response rate by a remarkable 60 per cent
● increase the overall TrustScore by 4 per cent
● receive 2.5 per cent more positive reviews in 2016 compared to previous years
● turn the TrustYou survey into their second most important review source
