Park Inn Muscat honours two Omani employees

MUSCAT, January 28, 2018

Park Inn by Radisson Muscat has recognised two Omani employees for their loyalty, performance and gives motivation to others.

Hassan Al Wahaibi, who works in the Health Club department, and Majid Al Balushi, who works in the Kitchen, were crowned 'Employees of the year' for putting their best foot forward in the pursuit of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The criteria for nomination to the awards include: Going the extra mile for guests and co-workers, working as a team player, taking personal responsibility, showing enthusiasm, dedication to superior customer service and satisfaction and helping create profits for the hotel.

Al Wahaibi and Al Balushi have demonstrated the above skills over the last year, the hotel said in a statement.

Nuno Neves, cluster general manager of the Park Inn by Radisson Muscat & Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Residence Duqm, said: “Hassan and Majid have been nominated by members of the management team who noticed their outstanding contribution to the hotel. They were chosen by the category for their ability, attitude, efficiency and initiative shown during the past year.
