City Centre Rotana Doha has welcomed Chinese chef Zhang Yang to the hotel’s family, as he joins the Teatro restaurant team.

Yang brings with him over 19 years of experience in the Asian cuisine spent in several countries. He has also been crowned with a number of accolades, awards and certificates.

Yang started his career in China and then moved to many countries to continue his creations in the Asian and Chinese cuisine, learning several skills and expertise through his work with diverse international hospitality brands. With the start of his career at Teatro, chef Yang will give his special touch on selected signature dishes.

Meanwhile, City Centre Rotana Doha has also unveiled enhancements to the new menu at Teatro, introducing five international cuisines characterising the restaurant, namely: Thai, Chinese, Italian, Indian and Japanese, in addition to a wide selection of salads and appetizers.
