Al Faisaliah Hotel's The Globe offers new menu

Al Faisaliah Hotel’s signature restaurant, The Globe, is now offering diners a brand-new menu, which will feature a new selection of European inspired dishes. 
Located in the spectacular golden sphere that tops Al Faisaliah Tower, this dramatic three-storey dome restaurant offers a unique perspective of the kingdom's capital city and serves delicious modern European cuisine that can be enjoyed with beautiful panoramic views of the city all coming together to create an unmatched, fine dining experience.
The restaurant is now providing its guests with a new menu, including a selection of fresh seafood dishes such as Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab and langoustine; delicious main course meals like ‘Wild Loup De Mer’ and lamb loin, as well as luscious choices in their vegetarian menu that include crispy polenta, salsify velouté, and basil sorbet just to name a few.  
The new menu has been prepared by Chef Arumugam Rajesh, chef de cuisine, with the assistance of culinary director Cladys Magagna, executive chef David Hayden and the rest of the talented culinary team. Chef Arumugam brings over 18 years of culinary experience to the team, having worked in a host of branded hotels in India and for over a decade with Al Faisaliah Hotel Riyadh.
‘The Globe’ is now also providing a new ‘Rangers Valley Wagyu’ special menu which offers a selection of steak dishes. Guests will be taken on a culinary trip of discovery as they dine on the highest-grade Rangers Valley Wagyu beef and learn more about its exquisite intricacies, led by executive chef Hayden. Menu choices will include Tenderloin, Strip Loin, and Rib Eye.  
Guests can end their meal with one of the delightful dessert options on the menu, including white chocolate rolled in crème brûlée, Raspberry and mint sorbet, baked chocolate mousse, ‘Almond Crunch Ice Cream’ and much more, the hotel said. -TradeArabia News Service
