New sales, marketing head at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights

Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights has appointed Emma HasanVand as its new director of sales and marketing.
 
With more than 11-years’ work experience in the hospitality industry specialising in operations, corporate, groups, Mice and events segments, HasanVand has key skills related to account management, driven preferred partnership agreements, orchestrated segment related activities and initiatives towards building market presence.
 
Prior to joining Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights, the world’s largest Mercure Hotel in the Accor portfolio with 1,015 keys, HasanVand was associated with luxury and upscale hotels in the UAE such as Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Sofitel The Palm, Fairmont The Palm, Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira and Grand Hyatt Dubai.
 
Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights, the world’s largest Mercure Hotel in the Accor portfolio is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, within close proximity to major business and leisure attractions including Dubai Internet City, Media City, Knowledge Park, Mall of the Emirates and Emirates Golf Club.
