Oman Air receives Apex Five-Star Major Airline Award

MUSCAT, December 7, 2021

Oman Air, the national airline of the Sultanate of Oman, has been awarded a Five-Star rating in the Major Airline category by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (Apex). 
The award was announced and presented to Oman Air on December 1, in Long Beach, California at the Apex/Ifsa Awards, the industry’s first major in-person event of the year. This is the second consecutive year that Oman Air has received the Five-Star Major Airline award.
Apex Official Airline Ratings are based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights gathered through Apex’s partnership with TripIt from Concur, the world’s highest-rated travel-organising app. 
For the 2022 awards, nearly one million flights were rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines from around the world using a five-star scale. The ratings were independently certified by a professional external auditing company.
