The MoU was signed by a visiting Jordanian delegation headed by Cegco CEO Abdel Fattah Al-Nsour. The ubaishat, executive manager/assets management, and Ali Rawashdeh, executive manager/ engineering services.

The visit entailed a meeting with the Yemeni Minister of Electricity and Energy Awadh Saad Al-Suqatri, the secretary general of the Yemeni Ministry of Electricity Ahmad Hussan Al-Ayni, and PEC general manager Abdul Momin Mutahar.
