Meydan announces serviced apartment sale

The Meydan Group, a leading real estate developer in Dubai, has released 444 serviced apartments for sale in the landmark Entisar Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The serviced apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, cover a total area of 66,300 sq m across 37 floors of the 100+-storey building, set to be one of the tallest in Dubai. They will enjoy lush views across the Arabian Gulf and Downtown Dubai, and benefit from a premium range of amenities and services.

Announced at last year’s Cityscape Global event, new design details and specifications for Entisar Tower have now been revealed.

The mixed use tower is the only free hold building of its kind on Sheikh Zayed Road.  The building will be an exclusive vertical community, featuring four floors of retail outlets, serviced apartments, a hotel and freehold residential units including apartments, sky villas and penthouses, featuring private sky gardens and balconies.

Vertically distributed community sky gardens and multiple outdoor swimming pools for dedicated use by residentsare complemented by entertainment and leisure facilities including a signature gym with a suspended indoor running track, two regulation size tennis courts, and an expansive conference and events centre.

The 112-key hotel, to be managed by Meydan Hospitality, will  include elevator access up to a VIP club and dining near the top of the tower, affording unparalleled views over the Gulf and Dubai city views.

Commenting on the launch, chairman Saeed Al Tayer said: "Entisar Tower will set new heights for community living in Dubai.  Entisar, which means triumph, is not just another high rise; the underlying vision goes much deeper to create a true vertical community and lifestyle choice."

"Each of the facilities has been carefully considered and planned by the Meydan team, and the final result is a marriage of design, comfort and liveability, with the Meydan signature mark of quality and understated luxury," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
