Experts to discuss project management issues at Saudi forum

Leading experts from the project management sector will be in Riyadh next month to discuss key industry issues as well as ways to overcome major challenges and contribute to sustainable economic development on a regional and global scale.

The 3rd Global Project Management Forum (GPMF) kicks off on June 2 under the patronage of Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Engineer Saleh bin Nasser Al Jasser.

To be held under the theme 'We Achieve the Dream: Leadership, Empowerment, Sustainability,' the two-day forum will serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, opinions, and creative solutions for the successful execution of major projects.

During the event, experts will discuss diverse topics related to project management across various sectors, said Engineer Badr M. Burshaid, the President of GPMF at the Project Management Institute KSA Chapter.

Highlighting the forum's growing reputation as a global platform that attracts industry experts, project managers, and decision-makers worldwide, Burshaid said: "It aims to foster collaboration, unify visions, and develop innovative solutions to ensure successful project implementation while overcoming challenges and contributing to sustainable economic development on a regional and global scale."

According to him, the GPMF has elevated Saudi Arabia's prominent position and leading role in the realm of impressive and futuristic projects since the launch of Vision 2030 in 2016.

"The forum attracts project pioneers from around the globe, including thought leaders, business experts, academics, and professionals," stated Burshaid.

"These efforts align with government initiatives to establish Riyadh as a sustainable and economically significant global city," he added.
