New GM for Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria

Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria, an iconic five-star hotel situated in the heritage heart of the city, has welcomed David Harb as the new general manager of the hotel.

Harb joins Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria from Grand Hyatt Dubai, where he recently held the position of hotel manager.

In his new role, Harb will manage a complex of 421 hotel rooms and 388 residences.

“I am delighted to return to Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria, an iconic hotel surrounded by history yet in the middle of a developing Deira Waterfront. Together with the team, I look forward to bring energising experiences to our guests, Harb said.

Harb has held several notable positions within Hyatt. As a graduate in Hospitality Management, he started his career with Hyatt Regency New Orleans in Louisiana as assistant manager of food and beverage (F&B) in 2002. He later held several roles across Hyatt Hotels in Georgia, Florida, Illinois and Washington, US, before moving to Hyatt Regency Dubai as director of F&B in 2012. In May 2016, Harb was selected as the executive assistant manager at Grand Hyatt Dubai, where he continued to display his passion for people and maintained his dedicated promotion of the Hyatt Brand and its purpose.
