Eskan Bank, the leading provider of residential mortgages in Bahrain, has floated tenders for the development of a shopping complex in the north of kingdom.
The new shopping centre, Busaiteen Plaza, comprises a ground and mezzanine floor with a built-up area of 2,100 sq m.
The scope of work includes construction of the shopping centre at Busaiteen, a small town in northern Bahrain, besides the external works and services, said Eskan in its tender notification.
The last date for submitting tenders for the appointment of a contractor is December 18.-TradeArabia News Service
