EDGE, a leading advanced technology group in Abu Dhabi, has announced that its key entity Oryxlabs, a leading provider of digital risk protection and advanced cyber solutions, and Reach Digital, a UAE-based company specialised in AI and digital transformation, have agreed to collaborate to jointly develop solutions in threat intelligence and OT/IoT security.

The agreement was formalised today (October 15) by Rogério Lemos, the CEO of Oryxlabs, and Malik Melhem, the Group CEO of Reach Group. at the ongoing Gitex Global 2025, the annual technology and digital transformation event in Dubai.

The two organisations will create a joint committee to identify and pursue emerging commercial opportunities in cybersecurity and network connectivity, with a particular focus on technology adoption, innovation, and go-to-market expansion.
