The Arab Tourism Organisation has launched the “Inclusive and Sustainable Arab Tourism Destinations 2030” initiative to develop the tourism sector in Arab countries through a comprehensive, sustainable approach that balances economic growth, environmental preservation, and the safeguarding of Arab cultural identity.
The announcement was made at the conclusion of the Conference on the Inclusiveness of Contemporary Tourism Destinations, held in Baghdad in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Arab League and the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, reported SPA.
Arab Tourism Organization President Dr. Bandar bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid explained
that the Baghdad Declaration aims to enhance the quality of Arab tourism
destinations and promote sustainable tourism development by encouraging
investment through supportive incentives.
