Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), the kingdom’s leading bank in supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs), recently hosted its Hope Talents’ Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme to honour its loyal work-force. 

The Hope Talents’ Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme is a key initiative designed to recognise employee loyalty and support organisations in strengthening motivation, job satisfaction and long-term engagement.

BDB conducted a draw among its employees as part of the programme and selected Hanan Hadi for the top recognition.

The bank picked Hadi for the Grand Prize and surprised her with the award during BDB’s Bahrain National Day celebrations.
