ABB will introduce GuestFlow, a fully integrated Guest Room Management System (GRMS) designed for hotel owners, operators, and system integrators. 

The solution addresses key challenges in hospitality today, including rising energy costs, increasing sustainability expectations, and the demand for enhanced guest experiences. 

Built specifically for hotels ranging from standard to luxury properties, GuestFlow is designed to be simple to deploy and easy to manage.

Guests can control lighting, temperature, shading, and room settings through premium wall panels that integrate seamlessly with modern interiors. 

Rooms respond instantly to guest preferences, creating a comfortable, personalised, and effortless stay.

For operators, GuestFlow provides full property visibility through a centralised dashboard offering real-time insights into occupancy, room status, temperature settings, and guest services such as Do Not Disturb, Make Up Room, and SOS. 

Secure TCP/IP integration with Property Management Systems ensures accurate data exchange and reliable performance, while built-in cybersecurity protects both software and controller levels.

GuestFlow is delivered as a unified ABB ecosystem that includes in-room interfaces, control modules, and GRMS software.

 This eliminates the complexity of multiple vendors, enabling consistent performance, faster installation, simpler commissioning, and reduced project risk.

With integrated presence detection, smart HVAC control, and lighting automation, GuestFlow optimises energy use in real time—reducing operating costs while supporting sustainability goals.

 The system will launch first in the Middle East, with additional regional rollouts planned later.
