Rosewood Jeddah has joined hands with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Tourism to support the Hospitality Ambassadors Program, a national initiative aimed at developing Saudi talent through hands-on training at leading international hotels.
The programme is designed to equip participants with world-class hospitality expertise while supporting the Kingdom's rapidly expanding tourism sector and broader Vision 2030 objectives. It offers practical, on-the-job learning in advanced hotel operations, helping create a new generation of highly skilled Saudi hospitality professionals.
Launched by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with leading industry partners, the Hospitality Ambassadors Program focuses on strengthening local capabilities, enhancing service excellence and creating meaningful career opportunities for Saudi nationals.
As one of Jeddah's leading luxury hotels, Rosewood Jeddah said it will provide aspiring Saudi professionals with exposure to international hospitality standards, operational excellence and guest-centric service, enabling them to build practical skills and industry experience for long-term careers in the sector.
Hussein Deyekh, Managing Director of Rosewood Jeddah, said the initiative represents a significant investment in the future of Saudi tourism.
