Vatel Bahrain has launched “Explore Hospitality,” a two-week summer programme aimed at introducing young people aged 15 to 18 to career opportunities in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

The initiative provides participants with first-hand industry exposure, helping them better understand potential academic and professional pathways while highlighting the growing demand for skilled talent in Bahrain’s tourism sector.

The programme supports the Kingdom’s broader tourism development goals and aligns with the objectives of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.

Running for 10 working days, the programme will take place at Vatel Bahrain’s campus and selected four- and five-star hospitality partner venues, including hotels and cultural and tourism destinations.

It will feature interactive workshops, practical activities, professional mentoring and workplace-based challenges designed to reflect real hospitality environments.

Through the programme, participants will gain insights into different career opportunities within hospitality and tourism while developing practical and transferable skills.

Vatel Bahrain said the initiative aims to encourage young talent to explore the sector and make informed decisions about their future education and career choices.
