Majid ramps up construction on flagship Arlington Park 2 amid strong demand

UAE-based Majid Developments has accelerated construction on its flagship project - Arlington Park 2 - in the Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), following strong investor demand across its expanding portfolio in the emirate.

A premium residential development, it comprises 129 apartments with a mix of studios and one- to three-bedroom units that are strategically connected to Arlington Park 1 within the Complex.

Construction is progressing at an exceptional pace, the developer said in a statement, noting that the project comes amid sustained international interest in Dubai's property market.

Following the successful launch of Arlington Park 1 homes, which got sold out within just four weeks, the Emirati developer released the Park 2 homes.

Unlike conventional residential offerings, Arlington Park 2 is designed around flexibility, quality, with buyers able to choose between fully furnished and semi-furnished residences curated with premium European finishes, carefully selected materials, and high-quality German appliances.

Majid Developments is now nearing the final sales phase of its Arlington Park residential project following strong investor demand across its expanding portfolio in the emirate.

Only a limited collection of units remain available, presenting investors with an increasingly rare opportunity to own within one of the area's most sought-after residential communities.

The Dubai developer said work on Arlington Park 2 comes as its initial project, Mayfair Gardens in Jumeirah Garden City - launched in August 2024 and sold out shortly thereafter - is currently in its final stages of construction, with handovers scheduled to begin within two months.

Majid Developments has built a pipeline of AED700 million ($190.6 million) in completed and ongoing projects over the past three years, with plans to commit an additional AED1 billion ($272.3 million) to new luxury developments through 2027.
