ServiceNow and Aramco Digital have signed a Collaboration Agreement aimed at expanding AI-powered workflows and accelerating enterprise transformation across Aramco’s global ecosystem.
Under the
agreement, Aramco Digital will use ServiceNow as a foundational platform to
standardise and govern digital workflows across affiliates, subsidiaries and
joint ventures operating in more than 50 countries.
The initiative is designed to reduce
fragmentation, modernise business processes and establish a consistent
AI-enabled foundation that can scale across the organisation.
ServiceNow, which
processes more than 100 billion workflows annually for major enterprises
worldwide, will support Aramco Digital’s efforts to improve efficiency,
strengthen governance and increase operational consistency.
The collaboration
will focus on four key areas.
AI-powered
workflows will enable greater automation across enterprise systems, reducing
manual processes and improving execution.
Customer experience
initiatives will seek to strengthen service management and engagement through
unified, CRM-driven solutions.
The agreement will
also support the standardisation of group shared services, helping reduce
duplication and establish more consistent business functions across the
organisation. In addition, the companies will focus on enterprise resource
planning (ERP) modernisation, targeting legacy systems to reduce technical
debt, improve cost efficiency and support scalable digital growth.
The agreement forms
part of Aramco Digital’s broader efforts to advance digital transformation and
create a more integrated technology foundation across the wider Aramco
ecosystem. -TradeArabia News Service
