The fifth edition of the SEREDO Expo for Real Estate Development and Ownership 2026 opened in Jeddah today aiming to enhance investment opportunities and showcase the latest projects and innovative solutions in the Kingdom's real estate sector.
The event, from September 6 to 8, is being held at the Jeddah Superdome. Supported by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the expo serves as a specialised platform and strategic meeting point, bringing together leading real estate developers, investors, financing entities, and other stakeholders. This contributes to building effective partnerships, exploring promising opportunities, and opening new horizons for cooperation and integration within the real estate development and housing ecosystem.
SEREDO 2026 will showcase the latest projects, investment opportunities, and cutting-edge technologies, in addition to an educational programme featuring a series of workshops and panel discussions with experts and specialists. The programme will address modern trends and challenges facing the real estate market and review best practices and solutions that support sustainable urban development, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
