NTT DATA and Red Sea Global (RSG) have signed a strategic partnership agreement to accelerate the development of next-generation digital solutions and managed technology services for hospitality, smart cities and connected industries in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The agreement
establishes a framework for a potential joint venture combining RSG’s expertise
in destination development, hospitality and infrastructure with NTT DATA’s
capabilities in AI, systems integration and digital transformation.
The companies will
explore technologies including Physical AI, the Internet of Things (IoT),
digital twins, private 5G and industry cloud platforms to develop solutions
aimed at improving destination operations and guest experiences.
“As AI and intelligent
technologies reshape industries, organisations are looking for new ways to
deliver more connected, personalised and sustainable experiences,” said Rami
Beidas, Managing Director, Saudi Arabia, NTT DATA. “Saudi Arabia is uniquely
positioned to lead this transformation, and through this partnership we have an
opportunity to help accelerate innovation, unlock new digital business models
and create solutions that can have relevance well beyond the Kingdom.”
The companies will
also assess the creation of a flexible digital services platform to support
RSG’s growing portfolio and potentially provide new technology capabilities to
organisations in Saudi Arabia and other markets.
"The hospitality
industry is evolving rapidly as guest expectations become more personalised,
connected and experience-driven," said Sultan Moraished, Group Head of
Technology and Corporate Excellence of Red Sea Global. "Technology has
enormous potential to transform how destinations are designed, operated and
experienced. Through this strategic partnership with NTT DATA, we will explore
innovative digital solutions that can enhance guest experiences, optimise
operations and help shape the future of hospitality in Saudi Arabia and
international markets." -TradeArabia News Service
