e& UAE and Accenture have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to launch the AI Transformation Alliance aiming to accelerate digital and AI-led transformation across government and enterprise sectors in the UAE, with the potential to extend the collaboration into selected international markets.
The MoU sets out a scalable framework through which the two organisations intend to jointly develop offerings, coordinate market engagement and deliver complex transformation programmes through a shared operating model. These objectives reflect the parties’ focus on building a long-term portfolio of large-scale transformation opportunities across priority government and enterprise sectors.
The partnership is structured around a coordinated delivery model. e& UAE and Accenture intend to identify opportunities, develop integrated solutions and execute large-scale digital and AI programmes, supported by commercial, governance and accountability frameworks to be agreed between the parties.
Abdulla Al Ahmed, Chief Government & VVIP Relations Officer, e& UAE, said: “Organisations are looking for practical ways to move from AI strategy to implementation and measurable results. This MoU brings together e& UAE’s digital infrastructure, connectivity and technology capabilities with Accenture’s consulting and delivery expertise. By working through a coordinated model, we can help customers simplify complex transformation programmes, accelerate execution and create lasting value for their organisations and the people they serve.”
Joint governance structures are expected to oversee opportunity development, commercial alignment, performance and risk, while repeatable methodologies, solution frameworks and delivery assets will support consistent execution across different customers, sectors and markets.
Xavier Anglada, Managing Director, Accenture Middle East and Africa, said: “AI is reshaping how organisations operate, compete and serve people, but scaling it successfully requires the right combination of strategy, technology, data and execution. Through this MoU with e& UAE, we intend to explore how our combined capabilities can help government and enterprise clients across the UAE move from ambition to practical, measurable outcomes.”
For government and enterprise customers, this approach is intended to reduce delivery complexity, improve coordination and accelerate transformation programmes. It is also expected to provide access to an integrated portfolio spanning connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and AI, helping organisations modernise operations and introduce new digital services more quickly.
Consumers and communities are expected to benefit through faster, more secure and more responsive digital services, including improved customer journeys, stronger data protection and more efficient access to essential services.
For e& UAE, the collaboration strengthens its position as a leading AI and digital transformation partner in the region and expands opportunities to provide integrated services across connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and AI at scale.
