Luxury villa and concierge brand Bo House has expanded into St Barts for the first time, bringing its portfolio of high-end holiday properties and personalised hospitality services to the Caribbean island ahead of the busy winter and New Year season.
The move marks Bo House’s first destination outside Europe,
where the company manages more than 350 villas and chalets across locations
including St Tropez and Courchevel.
The brand aims to combine the privacy and flexibility of
private villa accommodation with the services of a five-star hotel, supported
by local teams with in-depth knowledge of their destinations.
St Barts is among the Caribbean’s most sought-after luxury
destinations, attracting international visitors during the winter season,
particularly around Christmas and New Year.
During the festive period, Gustavia harbour becomes a
gathering point for superyachts, while fireworks, restaurants and beach clubs
contribute to the island’s seasonal appeal.
However, demand for accommodation, dining and leisure
experiences increases significantly during this period, with popular
restaurants and beach clubs often fully booked months in advance.
Bo House plans to differentiate its offering through
established local relationships and personalised concierge services, helping
guests secure sought-after restaurant reservations, arrange private boat trips
and access experiences beyond the island’s conventional tourist attractions.
The company said its approach extends beyond providing
accommodation, focusing on local expertise and access to experiences that allow
visitors to explore the destination more fully.
Among the properties available for the upcoming New Year
period are three luxury villas offering private pools, extensive leisure
facilities and accommodation for groups and families.
Domaine de Jangali, available for US$250,000 over New Year’s
Eve, overlooks Petite Anse bay and was designed by architect Isay Weinfeld. The
property combines contemporary architecture with tropical surroundings,
featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors, expansive living areas, a heated
infinity pool and landscaped terraces.
Additional facilities include a private fitness centre and
cinema, while its location provides convenient access to Petite Anse and
Flamands beaches. The villa accommodates 10 guests across five bedrooms.
Dancing Queen, priced at $110,000 for New Year’s Eve, is
located in the hills of La Petite Saline. The four-bedroom property features
en-suite accommodation, open-plan living spaces, panoramic sea and mountain
views, a private swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.
The villa also offers access to Saline Beach, Gustavia’s
harbour and shopping district, and the restaurants of Saint-Jean. It
accommodates up to eight guests.
Another option is Blanc Bleu, available for $225,000 over
New Year’s Eve. Located in the hills of Lurin, the six-bedroom villa features
contemporary architecture, white interiors, blue accents and natural materials.
Its facilities include expansive terraces, an infinity pool,
a private jacuzzi, a padel court and a fitness studio.
The property accommodates up to 12 guests and is located a
short distance from Gustavia’s harbour, boutiques and beaches.
Through its expansion into St Barts, Bo House is seeking to strengthen its international luxury hospitality offering, targeting travellers looking for private accommodation combined with tailored services and access to exclusive island experiences during one of the Caribbean’s busiest holiday periods. -TradeArabia News Service
