KFH-Bahrain relocates HQ

Manama, July 7, 2009

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain), a leading provider of Islamic commercial and investment banking services, opened its new main branch in the Bahrain World Trade Centre.

"The opening of the BWTC main branch is in line with our strategic expansion plans to better serve our customers," said Baber Abdul Al Mukhaizeem, chairman of KFH-Bahrain, who inaugurated the premises.

"The prime location will provide greater access to our extensive range of products and services.

"At the new branch, customers will benefit from a professional team of retail, corporate and priority banking representatives to aid our customers with all banking needs.

"We are determined to make everyday banking more convenient and practical for our busy customers and have provided ample parking for easy access.

"The recent opening of new branches in Muharraq and Riffa depicts this determination. All our retail outlets are designed to create a banking experience that maintains our status as one of the leading banks in the kingdom," he added.

"Through our head office in BWTC and eight operating branches, KFH-Bahrain will provide a diverse range of retail and corporate solutions to ensure customers enjoy seamless, high quality service and convenience," said managing director and chief executive officer Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat.

"The relocation of the new main branch is part of the bank's commitment to expand wisely and to be able to reach out to all of our customers regardless of location in Bahrain.

"This commitment is in line with the bank's ongoing strategies towards being socially responsible through executing initiatives such as the recent student finance campaign."

The previous main branch located on the ground floor of Dilmun Tower will remain fully operational. – TradeArabia News Service
