Mashreq, one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions, has announced the launch of a dedicated contact centre for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The centre will facilitate service queries such as account maintenance, updating trade license, cheque book issuance, inward and outward remittances, said a statement from Mashreq bank.

The center has highly trained staff who will also advise the client on trade related services including LC / LG issuance, factoring and cash management products, it added.

Hameed Noor, head of SME, Mashreq said, 'We are pleased with the opening of this facility, which will enhance our proposition to the SME segment and enable us to service our customers in an effective manner.'

Mashreq had recently launched the Majestic SME Finance offering business solutions through a business loan or trade finance.-TradeArabia News Service
